BenefAgent operates as guidance software in the same category as tax preparation software. We do not hold, manage, or submit claims on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

BenefAgent offers a monthly subscription at $12/month, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
